This is the only thing I can think of because it started when I bought this bottle. Will not this product again online.It’s real simple- practice good hygiene. However when it came it had a detailed description of what it was on the OUTSIDE of the package. This is very embarassing. Would not buy from this seller again if this is how things are shipped.I used it for a couple of weeks and was working fine. My doctor suggested that I use Spectro Gel instead according to the ingredients list.. Spectro is better for your skin in generalIt cause me some irritation down there. I don't if I'm gonna use it again or not!Great product
