I have been habitually using this body wash for more than a year. I have sensitive skin and need a scent-free, gentle body wash. There are many on the market that offer the same thing but this is the only one I've found that is creamy and moisturizing also for my skin. I love the milky consistency, as opposed to something like gel. The bottle is also a great size and lasts me a long time (a few months). I moved and could no longer find it in stores so I was so happy to find it here on Amazon.My bottle came unharmed and in perfect condition. However, I have received busted bottles before but all I had to do was notify Amazon and they sent me a new one right away. It happens!Will continue to purchase!
