YES the pole is the star of the show, it is super sturdy, very easy to adjust, well made and stays adjusted until you are done using it. The attachments are of good quality and if you purchased everything seperately you would end up spending way more than buying the kit. It also comes with a 3 year warranty. The best thing of all though is the customer service. I know because when I received my car wash kit everything was packaged well but the brush had become misshaped for some reason so here we go having to deal with "customer service". I was expecting to wait at least until the weekend was over at best (it was a Saturday) to get a reply but about 20 minutes later I noticed I had a reply in my email. When I look at it the reply came 3 minutes after I sent my message to them and my reply was from a real live person. Kate responded to me and the first thing she said was she was sorry about me receiving my brush in this condition and after sending a couple of pictures and a little bit of information to her she had a replacement on the way. The last thing I have to say is if you need something like this or any of their other products just buy it, you can't can't go wrong, they are one of a handfull of companys today that actually care about their customers being satisfied with their purchase.
